About Duo Wellness Rejuvenation

Duo Wellness Rejuvenation is a premier wellness and medical aesthetics practice in Washington, DC. The practice is led by family nurse practitioners Marissa Rehman, FNP-BC, and Annie Chan, FNP-BC. The duo has experience from level 1 trauma centers to community hospitals specializing in trauma, emergency medicine, including adult and pediatric intensive care. 

Following their passion, Marissa and Annie have partnered to create a practice that focuses on preventive medicine by providing holistic and alternative care combined with innovative technology and science to decrease the prevalence of chronic illnesses. They also believe in focusing on beauty inside and out and have incorporated aesthetic services to prevent and treat aging with lifestyle changes, supplements, and medical aesthetic treatments. 

Duo Wellness Rejuvenation takes a holistic, alternative, preventive approach to aesthetic treatment plans. The providers use medical weight loss and DNA analyses to test for allergies related to food. 

Duo Wellness Rejuvenation also offers IV hydration with nutrition supplementation. The practice provides medical-grade facials and intense pulsed light (IPL) procedures to optimize youthful beauty. Additional services include body contouring, YAG laser treatments, fat-burning injections, microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and more. 

At Duo Wellness Rejuvenation, Marissa and Annie treat patients based on the same principles they founded their business. They believe that two is better than one. I started the Medical Weight Loss program in the middle of August 2023 through Duo Wellness Rejuvenation. I was looking to lose weight and get healthy at the same time. Since starting the program I have lost 38 lbs. I tried to lose weight on my own for 3 years with no success. Starting the program with Marissa has been a blessing. Marissa's input and knowledge of the program has been wonderful. I highly recommend trying this program if you are looking to lose weight.

Received Botox in my forehead. Annie is knowledgeable and gentle. She listened to my concerns and gave suggestions. During the injection, she made sure I was comfortable and guided me through what to expect. Her office also provides many other services from medical weight loss to micro-needling. Highly recommend!

  • Reservation Confirmation: All reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Duo Wellness Rejuvenation. Your reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an official booking confirmation from us.
  • Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation or booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment or service date.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your reservation, please contact us at Duo Wellness Rejuvenation at least 24 hours before your appointment or service. You will receive a cancellation confirmation from us.
  • No Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or service without providing the required 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total booking amount. 
  • In order to accommodate your needs and ensure fairness to all our valued clients, we have implemented a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. This grace period allows you some flexibility in case you encounter unexpected traffic, transportation issues, or any other unforeseen delays.
  • Please be aware that, effective immediately, if you arrive within this 15-minute window, you will not incur any additional charges, and we will honor your booking as planned. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we regret to inform you that it will be considered a no-show, and a 50% charge of the total booking fee will be applied to your account.
  • We believe this policy strikes a balance between flexibility and fairness for both our clients and our business. We highly value your business and want to continue offering you the best possible experience.
